Terms of Service Agreement

In order to request a commission you must agree to the following terms

Policy
◇ I reserve the right to deny service to any person for any reason.
◇ Payment is only accepted through Paypal's invoice service in USD.
◇ All products are digital and shall be sent as digital files through which ever service the client chooses (such as E-mail, Discord, VGen, etc.) upon completion.
◇ All prices are fixed meaning that there is no room for negotiation.Usage
◇ All products are for personal use only unless commercial licensing was discussed and payment for said commercial license is paid in full.
◇ Credit for all products is necessary and non-negotiable. Failure to provide credit may result in a possible blacklist of the client for any future commissions.
◇ Usage of my artwork for any Ai, NFT or crypto involvement or production is strictly prohibited.
◇ I reserve the right to use any completed commission to promote on social media as well as usage in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise.Communication
◇ Communication is strictly limited to either VGen, Bluesky DM's, E-mail, or through Discord (either Discord DM's or the Discord server Rein Atelier¹). Any other form of communication is prohibited and will go unanswered.
◇ The client consents that communication between the client and I may be overseen by a manager from Rein Atelier¹ unless discussed beforehand.The Commission
◇ The client is allowed 3 free major² revisions of their commission and any further revisions will involve additional payment depending on the severity of the revision requested.
◇ The client understands that the completion of a commission may take anywhere ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the complexity of the commission as well as my current workload and other world stressors.
◇ Providing references for a commission is a necessary requirement in order to reduce confusion, miscommunication, and continued additional revisions.Payment
◇ All payments must be made upfront before any work begins.
◇ Paypal: The client understands that upon receiving an invoice, they will be given 7 days to complete the payment in full. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the commission as well as a possible blacklist of the client from further commissions.
◇ Payments over $250 are eligible for payment plans that must be discussed in detail and strictly upheld.
◇ If the client cancels the commission for any reason after the commission has begun, they are only eligible for a 50% refund.^{¹ Discord art studio Rein Atelier usage yet to be implemented
² Major revisions are edits that require a significant amount of work (i.e. pose change, color change after shading was completed, outfit change etc). Whereas minor revisions are small edits that require little time (i.e. slight alter of pose, slight alter of clothing, color change during the flat color phase, etc). Minor revisions are free of charge.}
